6. Keep things simple. If you have to take something to a party and don't have time to make something, pick something up at the store and decorate it creatively on a plate. This way there isn't any time really involved, except on the fun part!

10. This is the most important tip, not just for the holidays but always! Be in the moment as often as possible. If you are feeling stressed, anxious, frustrated or depressed, be with the feeling the best you can. Feel it, don't think it.
